We were established over a decade ago, we are still celebrating the great success of our innovative, bespoke, and award-winning range of windows. Due to continued growth, we are actively recruiting a Bilingual Polish - English Speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our unique and fun team.

About the role of Bilingual Polish and English speaking Sales Representative

  • You will be playing a crucial role in guiding customers through the initial stages of the purchasing process.
  • You will respond to inquiries with the aim of converting leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our products.
  • This role is a combination of customer service and sales, requiring both a responsive attitude and a strategic approach to nurturing leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities of Bilingual Polish and English speaking Sales Representative

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries received via phone or other channels.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to recommend and upsell appropriate products.
  • Answering and overcoming any product-related questions and objections.
  • Managing the flow of information between customers and different departments of the company.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our offerings, pricing, and policies.
  • Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Following up with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet purchased.
  • Effectively converting inbound leads into sales.
  • Handling customer objections and providing solutions that meet their needs and encourage a purchase.
  • Staying current with industry trends and competitor offerings to anticipate customer needs and offer relevant solutions.

Salary: negotiable

Type of job: Full-time

Probation length: 3 - 6 months

Location: Remote / work from home

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

With occasional Saturdays and overtime
