  • Posting Daily Cash Transactions
  • Unallocated Cash Reconciliation
  • Cheques Posting
  • Cheques Depositing in the Bank
  • Refund Requests
  • Taking Customer Card payments
  • Bank reconciliations MA queries
  • Processing Direct Debits

Profile

Essential Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels within business both by email and telephone.
  • Numerate and articulate
  • Attention to detail and thorough in approach to tasks.
  • Ability to perform all tasks in accordance with weekly deadline.
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills and a logical and rational approach to problem solving.
  • Computer literate - especially Excel spreadsheets.
