We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our established team. This is a great growth opportunity for someone with a small amount of line management experience to establish themselves as a leader within the sector, whilst continuing to deliver fantastic day to day customer experience.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries for our shared ownership properties, including new homes, retirement living, market sale, and rent to homebuy (RTHB). You will have the added responsibility of managing a small team of shared ownership professionals.

In this key role, you will manage and develop a team while delivering a timely, customer-focused sales service including viewings, events, sales progression, and completions across all our sales tenures - maximising sales income, ensuring quick occupation meeting sales and service level targets.

What you will be doing:?

  • Delivering an exceptional person-centred customer experience for purchasers and stakeholders.
  • Line management of Sales Advisors and Sales Support Assistants including monthly one to ones, appraisals and ongoing performance management as directed by the Marketing and Sales Manager.
  • Providing guidance, leadership and motivation to the team, delivering against the objectives of the Operational Plan, performance targets and regulatory requirements.
  • Organising open days, viewings, and property handovers to purchasers.
  • Sales managed from lead to completion, progressing sales, keeping customers informed and working with solicitors, Independent Financial Advisor's to legal completion and handover.
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date throughout the sales process.
  • Undertaking scheme reporting and competitor analysis.
  • Directly supporting the Marketing and Sales Manager and acting as their deputy as required.

We'd love to meet someone with:??

  • Experience of working in a customer facing sales environment such as a developer, estate agent or housing association.
  • Knowledge of working in partnership and building relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience and understanding of Shared Ownership and the wider housing market.
  • The ability to effectively manage an established team that operate flexibly.
  • A good understanding of the conveyance process.
  • Knowledge and experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the New Homes Quality Code/Consumer Code and regulatory requirements.
  • A high level of IT literacy is essential in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Well-developed communication skills: verbal, written, and presenting.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Flexibility with days and hours worked as evening and weekend work will be required.
  • A full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
