SAP Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent energy and sustainability consultancy who provide expert compliance solutions to ensure clients projects develop sustainably. They are looking for an established SAP Assessor to join their energy team with the option of remote working.
Role responsibilities for an SAP Assessor include:
- Produce SAP calculations and statements for Commercial projects
- Produce general energy and sustainability statements for clients to reduce their projects environmental impact
- Undertake PSI value calculations and carry out condensation risk analysis
- Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis, as well as produce SBEM calculations
The ideal SAP assessor will have:
- An OCDEA Qualification through a reliable accreditation scheme
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment industry, having demonstratable experience carrying out SAP assessments and calculations
- Preferably experience in carrying out SBEM and overheating calculations, although training can be provided
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
