Leicester City Football Club is synonymous with excellence, both on and off the field. At our world-class training facility, Seagrave, we strive to provide the best environment for our players, staff, and visitors. We are seeking a reliable and diligent Catering Assistant to join our team and support the seamless operation of our facilities.
- Be a friendly, professional and welcoming face to visitors, players and clients at the facility
- Undertake the preparation, serving and deliver of high quality fresh food and drinks
- Participate in the production and services standards at the training facility, ensuring high standards of health safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure follow food safety law and ensure it is maintained
- Actively contribute to the development of food service
- Assistant setting up rooms for functions and events
About you:
- Previous experience as a catering or kitchen porter/assistant, or similar role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
