Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Controller include:

  • Responsible for the management and resolution of customer invoice queries
  • Responsible for the collection of payment of invoices
  • Responsible for raising and logging customer credits
  • Print and send invoices
  • Generate invoices and collections.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Credit Controller should have;

  • Experience with high-volume of Credit Control
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence over the phone
  • IT proficient including intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP)
  • SAP is desirable
