SEO Manager

Our client, a multi-award-winning integrated marketing agency working with businesses across the UK and Europe, is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to elevate their digital performance offering. You will join a passionate team to develop and execute impactful SEO strategies that drive organic growth and maximize ROI for their clients. You will collaborate closely with the Digital PR and Content teams, leveraging cutting-edge tools to deliver world-class results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, lead teams, and grow as a senior team member. In this role, you will craft comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client objectives, business goals, and KPIs. Conducting in-depth technical audits, performing keyword research, and optimising on-page and off-page elements to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement. You'll also lead client meetings, present strategies and reports, and foster strong relationships, all while mentoring junior team members.

What Experience You'll Need

  • Strong SEO experience in a client-facing role, preferably within an agency.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JS, and familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, SiteCore).
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Solid understanding of content SEO, including keyword research, content mapping, and on-page optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and present complex information clearly.
  • Good management abilities, with experience mentoring and developing or training junior team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
