Care Administrator

£34,000 + Pension
This exciting new role would suit a confident and responsible Care Administrator with strong organisation skills who would like to join a happy and welcoming team and contribute towards the overall success of this local organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with organising the day to day provision of care to a wide range of service users
- Producing detailed work schedules for Care Workers and providing written/verbal instructions
- Liaising with local authorities and clients directly in relation to new service user requirements
- Monitoring the service provided in the field to ensure it meets corporate quality standards
- Ensuing that service user care plans and medication requirements are logged onto the computer system
- Assisting with the recruitment, induction, training and supervision of new Care Workers
