Your New Company
Our client is an industry leading public services organisation based in Reading. With an exceptional reputation and ambitious growth plans to continue to drive the business forward they are now seeking a talented Corp Finance Executive to work specifically on their M&A strategy.
Your New Role
Playing a key part within the organisations M&A team, you will conduct a key financial analysis for your clients, whilst managing data requests and their interpretations. You will present findings on due diligence and ensure all reports are compliant and prepared effectively.
Ensuring Your Success
You will be posses either an ACA or ACCA qualification with a couple of years of experience within a corporate finance function. You will have a strong aware of corporate deal structures and have the ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
