The key responsibilities are:
- Contractor Management
- Meeting and greeting, reservation of meeting rooms
- Floor walks and room checks.
- Heath & Safety management
- Liaising with maintenance and contractor firms to ensure smooth running of the floors
- Ensuring the maintenance of the visitor electronic pass system and the maintenance of the client facing areas e.g. fault reporting.
- Constant review and improvement of the welcome services
- Delivering superior customer service that is prompt, precise, and efficient, showcasing excellent judgement and capability in resolving issues.
- Assessing and adopting innovative methods to enhance and streamline service provision, thereby elevating the Workplace Experience.
- Overseeing the procurement of office supplies and furnishings, and maintaining effective communication with property management and building maintenance teams.
