What you'll be doing

  • Focus on implementing, deploying, and monitoring deep learning models, including LLMs, ensuring they are scalable, robust and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Work on optimising model deployments and designing features within their deep learning systems, with a focus on improving search functionalities and system performance. This includes conducting comprehensive evaluations to ensure latency and accuracy are optimised across different implementations.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to colleagues to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will guide and influence the strategic direction of projects, fostering innovation within a skilled, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to a culture of innovation and high performance. Tackle complex technical challenges and adapt to evolving project scopes as our Applied Science team grows.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks and scripting with Python.
  • Capabilities in managing data at scale, ensuring integrity and effectiveness.
  • Natural language processing and related technologies experience.
  • Proficient with modern ML deployment and MLOps is essential e.g Sagemaker, Kubeflow, or straight to Ec2 instance etc.
  • Skilled in operational aspects of AI implementations, including continuous integration and deployment.
  • Exposure to dynamic startup or scale-up ecosystems.
