About the Role
- Manage Your Own Workload: Handle corporate transactions and company law advisory for diverse clients.
- Support Senior Lawyers: Assist with complex transactional work.
- Draft and Negotiate: Work on various transactional and corporate documents.
- Client Advisory: Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and compliance.
- Business Development: Play an active role in growing our business.
**Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate transactional support and advisory work.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents.
- Advise clients on corporate and company law matters.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Meet financial targets and quality standards.
- Comply with firm policies and procedures.
**About You
- 2-4 years PQE in private M&A transactions.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent drafting, research, and IT skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and high standards.
