White Label Recruitment are currently working with a specialist Engineering business in the Bradford area who are looking for an Internal Sales / Internal Sales Administrator to join their team!
The Role:
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email and customer portals in a timely fashion.
- The role will involve producing, sending, and following up Quotes for a range of key customers - the team can receive up to 200+ requests per day, so it a very fast paced role.
- Processing Customer orders and managing delivery dates/any changes
- Maintaining customer records as required
- Inputting leads/opportunities onto the system for the External Sales team to chase up
- Dealing with and escalating any issues as required, seeing the issue through to a positive outcome for both the customer and the business.
- Providing excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
The Person:
- Have either Internal Sales / Sales Administration experience
- Someone who is used to and comfortable in a very fast paced environment
- Ideally have experience producing and following up quotes
- Understand the importance of profitability and price accordingly.
- Must have great attention to detail
- Be a good team player and excellent communicator at all levels
The Package:
- Salary dependent on experience
- Company bonus scheme available upon successful completion of probation period

- 38.25 hours per week (08:30-5pm Monday to Friday) with an early finish once a week
