Civil Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) who is adept at prosecuting cases from start to finish. The position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending a range of litigation documents.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on a variety of civil disputes.
- Representing clients in court hearings and tribunals.
- Negotiating settlements in line with client instructions.
- Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and changes in the law.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in civil litigation.
- Proven track record of successfully prosecuting cases.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
