THS Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help run a small extra care home near Ledbury which supports dementia.
The role of the Clinical Deputy Manager is to assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day organisation and effective running of the service, providing clinical leadership and management support for the nursing and care support staff teams.
You as the Deputy Manager
- NMC Registration required.
- 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
- Care Plan and Staff Management experience required
