Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of an Application Support Analyst for a business in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis. This role is paying between £45,000 - £50,000.
Responsibilities of the Application Support Analyst include:
- Provide first-line support across all supported applications and liaise with development SMEs or infrastructure supplier for second line support
- Assess incidents in 3rd party applications and provide first line support to installation configuration and data
- Track personal incident and problem involvement and report and contribute to a plan for application improvements
- Ensure resolution of application incidents within target service levels
The ideal candidate will:
- Have technical skills in Linux and UNIX environment on financial services applications and payments interfaces
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications
- Have experience within financial services
