Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of an Application Support Analyst for a business in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis. This role is paying between £45,000 - £50,000.

Responsibilities of the Application Support Analyst include:

  • Provide first-line support across all supported applications and liaise with development SMEs or infrastructure supplier for second line support
  • Assess incidents in 3rd party applications and provide first line support to installation configuration and data
  • Track personal incident and problem involvement and report and contribute to a plan for application improvements
  • Ensure resolution of application incidents within target service levels

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have technical skills in Linux and UNIX environment on financial services applications and payments interfaces
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications
  • Have experience within financial services
