Role: Reward Advisor
Based**: Manchester****
Base salary: Circa £45,000
We're recruiting for a global organisation who are looking for a Reward Advisor to join a supportive, forward thinking HR team.
This is a newly created role, in a busy reward team with loads on the agenda. You will provide critical support needed to deliver a number of exciting reward projects as part of the global reward strategy, as well as support the annual reward activity.
This role would be great for someone who has strong compensation experience, is comfortable with excel, who is keen to join a broad role with room for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Reward and Benefits Manager to deliver support and analysis on the annual reward activity
- Assist with participation in global salary surveys, the annual benefit renewals, including the preparation of proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents
- Support with the global business services and fee earner salary review process, including salary benchmarking and modelling
- Maintain an awareness of market information on current and future reward related developments in the legal sector including those arising as a result of legislative changes and legal requirements
- Support the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner and broker queries in relation to global benefits
- Assist with reward invoicing, including the reconciliation of membership listings and the associated re-charge process
- Support with ongoing budget management for the HR department specifically in relation to reward
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Benefit Consultants and Account Managers.
- Initial analysis of Reward and Benefit data to identify key insights and trends, and help to contextualise this
- Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team.
Required experience
- Previous Reward Advisor experience, preferably within a partnership environment
- Experience with delivering reward projects/ cycles and supporting in annual salary and bonus processes would be desirable
- Strong Microsoft excel skills and ability to interpret data efficiently
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on high quality delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly
- Experience in employee benefits administration would be a bonus
