Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Scheduling Coordinator/ Forward Planner to join a growing team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

Role details:

  • Job title: Scheduling Coordinator
  • Location: Full time on site, Lingley Mere Business Park, Green Avenue, Great Sankey, WA5 3LP plus one day per week travel to local area hubs.
  • Contract: 3 month temporary assignment
  • Hourly pay rate: £18.18 per hour
  • Full training provided: Initial 2 weeks.
  • Working hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday with optional overtime
  • Start date: ASAP

What you'll need to be successful in the role?

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills at all levels.?
  • Be ideally experienced in using?SAP applications - SAP Core / Click schedule with an understanding of RCM work bank for maintenance disciplines
  • Understand the lifecycle of a Work Order and how Work Orders should be generated and completed.
  • To be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
  • Be able to cope with fluctuating workloads and dealing with high volumes of work at any given time. Also have the ability to work under pressure, whilst still maintaining the?required attention to detail.
  • Be an excellent team player who also has the ability to work independently.?
  • The ability to deal professionally with internal and external colleagues across all levels
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
