This permanent Finance project role requires a qualified Accountant with significant experience in project management, handling multiple entities, and leading teams.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the senior management team in an expanding global business services organization, you will be responsible for:
- Delivery of Large, Complex Projects: Overseeing accounting, finance, and system projects for international businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing strategic client relationships, delivery teams, and internal communications across projects.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with clients' financial controls, relevant reporting requirements, and external reporting standards.
- Strategic Input: Contributing to business development, strategy, and leadership and mentoring programmes.
Requirements:
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in a project-based role.
- Accounting Expertise: Experience with complex multiple entity accounting.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Financial Standards Knowledge: Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and related standards.
