If so, this could be your next role!

My client a super telecom led organisation are now seeking a project led person with great technical understanding coupled with the ability to work in a reactive and KPI led environment. The role will be very much SLA led and will involve liaison with clients and key stakeholders. You will be joining a very positive and pro-active team of people. Friday early finish at 4pm, free parking, dress down Fridays and loads of social events and activities.

Based in High Wycombe you will also be expected to visit the Portsmouth office when required as well as attending site meetings with clients.

The role

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Collaborate effectively with key clients, ensuring the seamless communication, support, and `delivery of the customer's requirements at all stages of the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Nurture strong relationships with both clients and the broader site teams.
  • Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and engage with Management, Project Delivery and On-Site Teams to proactively enhance KPI performance.
  • Proactively dealing with new enquiries and tenders, qualifying technical requirement and scope to ensure they are allocated to the correct department within the organisation, often on a short turnaround.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and requirements in sufficient detail to allow a quote to be prepared.
  • Following up on issued quotations, maintaining records on the CRM ensuring all status, notes and project information is up to date.
  • Assisting in creation of workflow plans, timelines, and resource forecasting.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, including cross referencing on-site resource times against tracker records, checking timesheets and processing expense claims.
  • Updating and issuing Project Control Documents based on information provided by the Project Managers and issuing project updates to clients.
  • Responding to project status enquiries from clients in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing project cost analysis and reporting them to the General Manager.
  • Scheduling of site surveys and project stand up meetings. Skills:
