You will be Registered Manager of an established branch that operates at 3000 hours of Domiciliary Care per week. They have a large and well-established office team to assist the RM.

The company are the largest domiciliary care providers in the UK with huge progression opportunities and a great support system!

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • To line manage the Carers and office staff
  • To hold the team to account
  • Take ownership and responsibility of the branch delivering around 3000 hours of care per week
  • Work closely with the local authorities and key stakeholder in the area
  • To maintain and ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
  • To be proactive in the marketing of the business with aim of growth

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Experience within a care setting – domiciliary care
  • Previously been a CQC Registered Manager
  • Great people management skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good knowledge of the local area
