You will be Registered Manager of an established branch that operates at 3000 hours of Domiciliary Care per week. They have a large and well-established office team to assist the RM.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- To line manage the Carers and office staff
- To hold the team to account
- Take ownership and responsibility of the branch delivering around 3000 hours of care per week
- Work closely with the local authorities and key stakeholder in the area
- To maintain and ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
- To be proactive in the marketing of the business with aim of growth
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Experience within a care setting – domiciliary care
- Previously been a CQC Registered Manager
- Great people management skills
- Commercial awareness
- Good knowledge of the local area
