Receptionist administrator

As a receptionist you will be working Monday to Friday 9-5 with a one hour lunch break.

Parking available.

Your duties as a receptionist will include:-

  • Handling of all incoming telephone calls
  • Responsibility for the incoming and outgoing post
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Maintaining the Reception presentation standards and ensuring all equipment is fully functioning
  • Dealing with filling and ordering of office supplies
  • Banking and petty cash handling
  • Arranging couriers and deliveries

Skills needed for Receptionist role:-

  • Well presented with excellent telephone manner
  • Previous reception or office experience ideally
