Office Receptionist & Administrator

A busy accountancy practice in the heart of Truro is presently seeking an experienced to join their successful team in late September / October 2024.

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for telephone calls, visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will be addressing enquiries and providing information over the phone, in person and via email.

This is a nicely varied role which combines front desk duties with administrative support so you will also be assisting with scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential data, document management and general office duties.

We are looking for a real team-player, someone who is customer-focused and totally ready to take on a more interesting and varied role with an ambitious and well respected organisation.

We would love to hear from you if you have recently been working in a Reception/Admin role and would be able to take up a new position in Truro within the next 4-5 weeks. Any previous experience working in accountancy might be an advantage.
