Key Responsibilities
- Exhibition solutions: collate the necessary information from our varying clients and their exhibitions and provide tailored solutions with estimates, deigns and official quotations in a timely manner
- Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, ultimately expanding our portfolio and contributing to the company's growth.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition solutions.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing timely and effective communication.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Client Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining a client-first attitude.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing client portfolios within the exhibition and events industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Must have previous knowledge in the AV / exhibitions and events industry. Must be technically minded and understand the products and services we offer.
