Corporate Receptionist - Legal - City - £28,000
Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join a Legal company based in the City.
This role is working alongside the Senior Receptionist on a 2 person desk. Business are professional, friendly with a sociable aspect.
Duties to include:
- Act as first impression of the Firm to all visitors and guests when meeting and welcoming them
- Responsible for following all Firm security protocols for all visitors to reception area
- Answer telephone calls promptly and transfer calls or deal with queries and take messages as appropriate
- Schedule conference and meeting rooms utilizing the event management software program
- Set up conference rooms with supplies, service and replenishment of food and beverages as needed
- Support the business with printing, binding, and courier requests
- Maintain stock levels of stationery, office equipment and catering supplies
- Liaise with the Business Development specialist for marketing material stocks
- Active communication with the PA and other support teams to ensure the business is effectively supported
Skills required:
- Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of style
- Strong team player with peer group
Monday to Friday, shift pattern (08:00-18:00), onsite.
