Our client, a reputable and growing business in the centre of Norwich are seeking an ambitious individual who is currently studying their AAT qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may not have previous experience but is enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support the finance team in performing bank reconciliations, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and chasing outstanding debts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Studying towards an AAT qualification.
- No prior experience in finance is required; however, a strong interest in pursuing a career in this field is essential.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
