Description
Duties of the PA/ Office Manager
- Support the Managing Director with PA duties - diary management, travel, board reports etc
- Managing office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Point of contact for any visitors to the site
- Coordinate facilties management activies, coordinating contractors
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Maintaining a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Providing general support to visitors
- Managing agendas for the board
- Sales Administration to support Field Sales team
Profile
A successful PA/ Office Manager should have:
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Offer
- An annual salary range of £30000 - £35000
