JGA are seeking an Operations Manager to join a leading education provider and lead their area managers in the delivery of a first class service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing 4 area managers in delivery of a first class service.
- Collaborate with Directors on how to improve processes.
- Analyse data and report on areas of improvement.
- Foster a culture of continued improvement and growth.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Experience within the leisure or education sector.
- Happy to be in the office full time, working with SLT.
