Office based PA to MD position working from 8-5 Monday to Friday
What will I be doing as Farm PA to MD?
- Manage the MDs diary and meeting schedules
- Act as the MDs point of contact in the office (he travels quite a lot!)
- Organising the MDs projects and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and to plan
- Strong relationship building with other Partners and managing expectations
- Keep KPI records for SLT targets
- This role will evolve in time
- Based in Wokingham open plan office environment (non corporate)
What skills and experience do I need for the PA to MD role?
- You will need to be extremely organised and able to multitask
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- A strong interest in farming and agriculture is preferred
