Regional Support Manager

Regional Support Manager required to support the management of a group of luxury elderly care homes across Bristol, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading care provider in this varied and challenging new role. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive quality and outcomes to your portfolio of care homes.

Duties:

  • In the event of Home Manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role until a permanent manager is appointed. In some instances this may require a willingness to register with CQC.
  • This role will require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • L5 Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Nurse qualification with valid NMC Pin.
  • Car driver with flexibility to travel and stay away from home during the week as required.

Remuneration:

  • £75,000 - £80,000pa NEG/DOE
  • All mileage and expenses paid
