Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of our clients, an established Legal firm based in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for client care and a desire to join a market-leading firm. Day to Day of the role:
- Take ownership of conveyancing transactions from commencement to conclusion.
- Handle transactions promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Provide exceptional service and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Support, train, and coach junior team members.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience and knowledge of conveyancing within the Scottish Legal system.
- Experience in matrimonial, private client, or litigation work would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experienced in managing a full caseload of purchases and sales through to completion.
- Significant client contact experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
