Description
- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process employee expense claims and credit card statements.
- Ensure accurate recording and coding of invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide reports as necessary.
- Work with internal and external auditors as required.
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle any inquiries.
- Support other accounting projects as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Fusion would be of great advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
