Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal development of all students.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create and maintain a stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Support pupils in developing essential skills, such as literacy and numeracy, through tailored activities and interventions.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative when required.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) is essential.
