An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a recognised Chambers UK and Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base with a variety of dispute resolution matters. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload involving disputes related to a full spectrum of professional negligence matters, contractual claims including insurance disputes, corporate governance, Director/Shareholder cases and more.
- Represent clients in appropriate court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
What we need from you:
- At least 3 years PQE.
- Previous experience handling a caseload of professional negligence, breach of contract or agricultural disputes.
- You will need to possess excellent technical skills, along with relevant experience across all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
- Outstanding communication skills are essential, together with a strong client service ethic. The successful applicant will be keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
