A long standing client of ours on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford are looking for an Inspector of Machines Parts and Packing.
You will be working as part of a small team to inspect and package parts. Using a variety of inspection and packaging equipment and understanding the requirements of customers.
The role-
× Maintain a safe working environment within their working area.
× Operating Inspection and packaging equipment.
× Finishing of machined parts. Deburring and miscellaneous features.
× Checking produced parts and ensuring the conform to customer requirements.
× Ensure Equipment to be safe and fit for use.
× Ensuring customer delivery dates are met.
× Creating required certification documentation.
× Packaging parts according to customer requirements.
× Review and understand inspection procedures.
× Report any issues with equipment to your line manager.
× Other adhoc duties as assigned by Line Managers.
The person-
- Previous machine work experience
- Previous warehouse experience with packing goods
- Great time keeping skills
- Confident with checking equipment
Hours of work-
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 40 hour week with a 1 hour lunch break.
Due to location MUST have own transport.
