EPICOR Support Analyst - £38k - £50k + bonus + bens - Hybrid Working
Have you supported Epicor in a manufacturing company and need a new challenge resolving complex support issues? Would you like the opportunity to work closely with the Epicor users, and be upskilled / trained to contribute to Epicor Kinetic projects and implementations?
Our client is investing by implementing Epicor Kinetic to new UK sites and upgrading existing ones. So, it is expanding its team of UK Epicor Analysts to provide support to the increased number of UK Epicor users. The company will also be improving Epicor processes and standardisation of Epicor.
You'll join a UK company, with global operations, which designs, develops and manufactures cutting edge technology solutions that impacts the future of many industries. With over 20 sites globally, it continues to grow through acquisition and by increasing its design-led product offering to support a sustainable world. The company has grown through acquisition and there will be more acquisitions in the future.
As part of the Epicor team, you'll support Epicor users by resolving a variety of support tickets and requests. This includes troubleshooting, administration, liaising with 3rd party Epicor support and collaborating with other IT departments to integrate and improve system functionality. There's also user requests to BPM development and data requests with BAQ plus the move towards standardisation.
Your current level of Epicor support expertise will determine the level of support / complex problem tickets you resolve. You will be supported with training to become 3rd line Epicor support and skilled in BPM & BAQ. There is also the opportunity to learn and develop skills for Epicor Kinetic implementations, upgrades and standardisation. There is so much to do, and this is before the company makes any acquisitions.

About You:
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Epicor Support experience – as a minimum this could be as an Epicor superuser and more Epicor Support experience is highly beneficial
- Supported / experience of the MRP module of Epicor
- Enthusiasm and ability to liaise with a variety of Epicor users, 3rd parties and other IT colleagues with enthusiasm.
- The curiosity to troubleshoot and find solutions to problems and a desire to improve applications
- Ability to understand what the business is trying to achieve with Epicor
- Beneficial would be BPM and BAQ or SQL but not essential
Location / Hybrid working: HYBRID WORKING with some travel to UK offices for projects. You can be based at any of the UK offices – there are several in the Midlands including Manchester, South East, South West England, Swindon and South Wales
Typically it is 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
Salary - Circa £38,000 to £50,000 (depending on level of Epicor expertise) + bonus + pension + medical + 25 days holidays + public holidays + lots more
