Based in a beautiful, picturesque location in Chorley, you will be joining a renowned architectural firm with 150 staff well known for designing people-centric and cutting-edge healthcare spaces. You will collaborate with a highly experienced and productive team so you won't feel short of support in your new role. You will also play a crucial role in a variety of exciting projects with esteemed and reputable clients.

Your new role

  • Working on high-profile acute and mental healthcare projects, you will have a rewarding role that creates an impactful difference within the sector through the company's ethos of putting their people in the forefront of their projects.
  • Reporting to the Visualisation Design Lead, you will be a pivotal part of the visualisation team in new and existing projects, utilising your creative muscles to produce visuals, imagery and presentation materials. These mainly involve models and integrations on Revit but not limited to Lumion, Enscape, hand illustrations other software within the BIM structure.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A passion for creativity and producing high-quality visuals will be the key to success, utilising a multitude of systems such as Revit, Lumion and/or Enscape.
  • Collaborating with other teams, you will also exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork-orientation to liaise with various departments, ensuring project deadlines and expectations are in line.
  • You will need to have a relevant qualification in Architecture or a related field with some industry experience in a similar environment, ideally working on visuals on healthcare projects.
