Our client in Slimbridge, Gloucester is currently looking for an Administrator to join their inspiring and energetic team on a 6-month temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities;
- Respond to all incoming calls and email enquiries to the department
- Maintaining records on CRM ensuring accurate and up to date information
- Process member applications in a timely manner-Ensure Gift Aid declarations are maintained
- Keep in contact with members and ensure materials are received after processing memberships
- Assist with training of junior staff and volunteers as required
Attributes;
- Previous experience working in customer services or office environment
- Excellent organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and specialist systems
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to delivering high standards
Hours; Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary; £24,000 + 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
