About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual looking to build a career in Human Resources. You'll work with colleagues across the charity to provide first line advice and guidance to help us deliver the best possible employee experience to all customers of the HR team.
This role has a focus on employee relations casework, where you will advise and guide managers on all aspects of HR policy and processes, as well as being a key point of contact for the whole HR department. Your previous administrative experience, within a HR environment, will allow you to hone your skills and provide essential administrative support to all HR services, such as recruitment, on boarding and learning and development.
About you
We're a friendly, supportive and busy HR team and are keen to hear from those who ideally have started or completed a level 3 CIPD (or equivalent) qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to use your self-motivated, consistent and positive approach to contribute to the success of our team. Demonstrating professional curiosity, you will need to keep up to date with legislation and industry updates and apply tact and diplomacy in your work at all times. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and always looks to deliver clear and innovative advice and solutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
