Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Head of HR Strategic**.**

Role Summary.

The Role is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the organisation. They will facilitate, spearhead, and implement strategic initiatives that promote, foster, and solidify a dynamic yet harmonious workplace where our teams can thrive.

The Role is responsible for ensuring the contribution of People expertise to business decision making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.

They will be a key conduit between the People services and other colleagues across NICE. Maintaining effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed.

They will ensure that operational and strategic Organisational Development services are aligned within Directorates, to promote partnership working and the delivery of a proactive and customer centred service, which improves the user experiences.

Clearly a focussed strategic role with the organisation at the heart of it. Great strategic exposure to the C-Suite.
