Right Now Group are hiring for a very exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a specialist aerospace freight forwarder based in the London Heathrow Airport area. We require a Warehouse Driver to complete collections, deliveries and warehouse operative duties in a highly secure environment with an excellent company who value employee wellbeing.
Duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Driver:
Using a small van, you will complete collections and deliveries in the local area, or further afield.
Load and unload vehicles.
Manual handling, picking and packing.
Goods in/out.
Check the weight of freight to be moved and note dimensions.
Label cargo.
Report damage.
Manual bond checks.
Documentation checks.
Ad-hoc administration duties.
Handle dangerous goods.
The successful Warehouse Driver:
Standard UK Driver's License (Minimum 1yr experience, maximum 3 points).
Warehouse experience (Desirable)
Dangerous goods awareness.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Benefits of Warehouse Driver:
Salary - £22k - £26k (Dependant on experience)
Hours - 09:00 - 17:30 (1hr lunch)
Overtime - Available and well paid - Time 1/2 Sat // Double Sunday
On Call Rota - Paid
Holiday - 5 weeks per year, rising with service
