The Company:
We are collaborating with an exciting Insurance Brokerage based in the Rhondda region.
As part of a larger group, you'll be joining at a pivotal time with numerous exciting avenues to explore.
The Role:
With a Commercial focus, you'll be responsible for stimulating more growth in the team, whilst Developing existing business within the area.
There will also be a focus on New Business as this broker looks to gain a foothold in the area and expand their reach within a Commercial aspect.
You will also engage in face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, manage client retention, and support Account Handlers.
Requirements:
- Proven technical ability with a wide range of Commercial Classes
- Strong IT, Communication and time management skills
- Strong Negotiation and analytical skills
- Cert CII is preferable however, support will be provided
