KS2 Teacher - Dartford
We are seeking Early Career Teachers to join a 1 form primary school from September. The role will be full time on a permanent contract.
The school are looking for Teachers with experience teaching across KS2 and have good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. All Teachers will be expected to commit to the full specified teaching role including supporting in extra curricular clubs.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Implement behaviour management techniques to create a conducive learning atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of their development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Skills:
- Strong ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Skilful in behaviour management techniques to maintain classroom discipline
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Adaptability to cater to the individual learning needs of students
