We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Handler to join our team. This role involves managing customer complaints with a focus on resolving issues quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, confident, and capable of making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle customer complaints through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Work towards resolving complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on handling complaints.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain composure and patience when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
