They offer a range of services, planning, including architectural design, and project management across residential and commercial sectors. The firm is looking for a junior planner to join their Planning team in Somerset!
The Role:
- As a Junior Town Planner, you will be involved with site appraisals, feasibility studies, planning applications, and negotiations its local authorities.
- The Town Planning team work closely with clients to ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements and maximise the potential for each site.
- You will utilise your expertise in local planning policies and strategic approach helps to secure successful outcomes.
About You:
As a Junior Town Planner, you can be fresh out of University but candidates with RTPI accredited degrees will be favoured. The successful candidate will be keen to work towards achieving chartership as a Town Planner. You will need great communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be liaising with key professionals and preparing reports. Further responsibilities include providing planning support and liaising with planning authorities on pre-application enquiries and full planning applications.
