Calling all PA/EA's I have a fantastic opportunity for you, this is an Immediate start too!!

So, the person;

  • An exceptional communicator, both in written and verbal communications. Previous experience of communication with Executive / Board level employees is essential.
  • Experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant with demonstratable experience in scheduling and arranging logistics for meetings, including but not limited to Board meetings, Trustees meetings, Campus staff meetings, and Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate, organise and schedule a number of internal / external meetings.
  • Prepare meetings agendas, manage minutes, identify and bring forward any items for upcoming meetings.
  • Advise, recommend and manage the schedule.
  • Assist monitoring the HR management platform, such as Sage.
  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Administration
  • Travel and Accommodation

For the first 2 weeks you will work 27 hours then moving forward this will be a 37 12 hour week..
