Our client is a leading service provider and, due to increased workloads is keen to appoint a HR Administrator on a long-term temp basis to assist with a peak in workloads.

Full-time 37 hours a week, 9am - 5pm or 8am- 4pm

Salary guide depending on experience £25,000 - £27,000
Your new role
You will be part of a HR team of 8-10 staff, based in a very friendly office in Sheffield. Due to increased work levels in the department you will provide HR Administration support on a day-to-day basis. This will be a busy role and the successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role in HR Administration. Duties of the vacancy will include;- Supporting with recruitment and selection, arranging interviews, sitting in interviews, reviewing applicants for vacancies- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Administration of starter and leaver procedures/ administration
- Updating and obtaining sign off on contracts
- Arranging inductions for new starters
- Management of the HR Database recording and updating employment records
- Completing administration reports as required
- Absence management recording and reports
- General administration
- Supporting line managers with first line HR queries
- Knowledge of Itrent software would be beneficial or other HR systems would also be beneficial
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate for this vacancy will ideally have HR Administration experience
The successful candidate will also be extremely professional and an effective communicator.
