We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a number of Repairs Schedulers in Warrington on behalf of our social housing client, on an ongoing, temporary basis with temp to perm opportunities available.
This is a 40 hour per week contract (8am to 5pm), with hybrid working. You will be required in the office initially for a minimum of 3 weeks whilst training is taking place, but will then be allowed to work from home 2/3 days per week.
Your new role
- Daily planning for all work resources and allocating jobs to contractors in a designated area
- Developing job plans, defining parts & materials, defining skills and managing work priorities
- Liaising with customers/clients and operations team to schedule or reschedule appointments
- Verifying tools, materials and labour are available prior to scheduling
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 6 months planning/scheduling experience within a housing or maintenance/construction industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy & reactive workload
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst working under pressure
- Proficient IT knowledge and understanding
