Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include:
- Supporting both the Commercial Finance Manager and Operations Director across numerous projects and day to day priorities.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
- Helping to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Analysing financial data and providing recommendations to management
- Conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supporting the team in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Working closely with other departments to understand financial needs
- Performing ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Ability to start sooner and commit to a 12 month FTC
- A high level of experience working in analytical or business partnering roles.
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to work well in a team and independently
