Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Woodford Green

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 dependant on experience

Hours: Permanent, Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Do you have a passion for supporting and providing exceptional service to colleagues and clients? Our client an innovative, forward thinking Chartered Accountancy firm are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, by supporting colleagues in their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and welcome clients with a friendly and meticulous approach, contributing to streamlined office processes.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient company databases with excellent attention to detail.
  • On-board new clients and foster strong relationships, always aiming to enhance communication and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with entities such as Companies House, HMRC, and Accountants to find innovative solutions and build lasting connections.
  • Provide logistical assistance and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Qualities:

  • Demonstrate a caring and customer-focused mindset.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Contribute positively as a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office-based role.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and protocols.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Beneficial experience: Previous work in an accountancy practise or similar financial environment.
